Are always so hard to keep.
-study for jan 24 sat ii subjects

-don't let money burn acid holes into my clothing (ch'yeahhh, right.)
-play with the hula hoop!
-sing in public at least once.. but don't hold me to this (:
-turn off AIM logger and delete my logs (T-T why am I so attached..?)
-go on AIM less, while I'm at it

*notes to self: classes for consideration for sr year on wall, next to light switch. do not even attempt the weight loss resolution. don't touch the money; it's in hiding. just clean up room, don't resolve to do it. alcohol in cupboard not for fun. no wasabi, still. posterboards under bed; remember to vacuum there too. do not play paparazzi. get new hairbrush, more headbands, scrunchies. get haircut before jan. 26. ..study? learn to chillax. do not sleep until noon. do not be an insomniac at 3 am. take vitamin c, multivitamins, and drink milk. remember to buy yearbook sr year. join battle this year? avoid those people more. don't get dragged into that again. don't worry so much. horoscopes do not dictate day. find new wheels for bike or find a new bike.

Purchases
Calendar, movie ticket, 2 t-shirts, 1 vest, 1 long sleeve t, candy. All for a grand total of $45, give or take $3. Not too shabby~
My brothers did not get their games, LOL.
My brothers did not get their games, LOL.
Been...
Attempting sigs recently. They aren't very nice (cuz i r nub..), but I like them. Also, writing; truth be told, only last night. Maybe it's because I haven't been doing anything recently, but when I attempt to sleep at night, I've been insomniatic. Cures, anyone..?Anyways, what I wrote..I guess it's another version of the original little mermaid story. No, not the Disney one. The real story, where she turns into seafoam at the end.. Rather depressing, it's true, but I think it's more lifelike. Not everyone has a happily ever after. It needs some editing and I have to make an attempt to understand what I had scribbled on the pages (yes, pages) at approximately 2:30 am. I'm guessing it'll be up in anywhere from 3 days to a week.
Uhh, so later.. I will be going to the mall to watch Valkyrie, I think. I can't believe that my little brothers are willing to bust mas que $150 on games. Boys' minds work in mysterious ways. Am I gonna discuss here what I am looking forward to purchase? Let's see..
1. Some kind of drink. Starbucks, slushie, soda.. whatever shall I get..?
2. Clothes. I'm thinking a hoodie and maybe some socks. Haha.
3. Movie ticket, duh.
4. If I walk into Daiso.. god help me. Whatever catches my eye.
5. Maybe a book..? Haha, I'm such a nerd.
6. However could I have almost forgot?! Candy, and lots of it. Muahahahaha!
Etc., etc. Money burns a hole through my pockets >_>;;

So...
Holiday catch-up, I suppose. Well, here goes nothing...
Am I or am I not procrastinating on winter break homework? I think I'm not; I mean, I still have a week or so left, but apparently other people think so. Ugh, come on. It's winter BREAK; we're not supposed to have homework -_-... This only goes to further my inner belief that Jr year sucks p*nis, BIG p*nis. Grrrr *simmers* ARRRRGGG THIS IS WHAT I THINK OF YOUR WINTER BREAK HOMEWORK!!
Anyways, on Christmas, I went over to my aunt's house and let's just...LOL. Remember my flame post?? That person..wow. Not only downhill, but downhill, into a ditch and slathered in bear droppings. Oh gawd; it's hilarious.
*sigh* Christmas in the Park is closing ever so soon 3 It was muchos divertidas while it lasted, caroling and stuff (: Let's have a downtown day, kk?
It's getting shorter and shorter, so I suppose I should get back to my spanish paragraphs >_< Once again, I am NOT procrastinating. Taking my sweet, sweet time is just that, nothing more. Tomorrow I will be watching Valkyrie, I think. Tomorrow my brother will be busting several hundred dollars on games, I think. Tomorrow I will OD on sugar, perhaps. Anyways, maybe there will be more on the way later..?

Beyond a doubt
There is homework that I must catch up on. Nevermind that there are people who peeve me off; I HAVE SCHOOLWORK DO!
..but that's one mountain of papers I'll never get to. Boo!
..but that's one mountain of papers I'll never get to. Boo!
I need this out.
Because anger can't just stay inside forever. Noooo, that simply *won't* do.
rawr: i believe i have to right to vent my anger about this person; as an adult, he/she/it should have known better.
HAH! What kind of adult are you, taking your pleasure from a child's pain? I'm so goddamn sorry for your child. Just so goddamn sorry for him.
You laugh now-NOW? You jest. Just who do you think you are? One day, Karma will get you, get you good. You think that just because you're older I won't lash back? Go ahead, laugh. Laugh and know that you're right, that I won't lash back. You know why? It's because I'm ultimately a better person than you are.
Don't smirk- you're all the more uglier because of it. Like Alice through the looking glass, you've stumbled upon a totally wild world you just can't grasp. Unfortunately, unlike Alice, you don't have the naivety to get back out.
Bitch, you deserve this.
One day you will crash and burn so bad
One day you will have your midas touch
One day you will weep without end
But I doubt that day will come because you are undeserving of understanding your sins. You are undeserving of penance. Live your life in tragic bliss you little whore.
Every hurt you've dealt will return three times over, don't you worry about it.

Hollow
That's the world for you. Hollow as anything. Hollow and shallow and empty. MAKE SENSE ALREADY!
Why do we always end up on the bottom? And how do we get up-- there? (Somewhere, I suppose..) Lessee, we're all born I guess (yes, no??). We grow up- a little- then we start elementary school. We start off at kindergarten (preschool if we happen to be lucky) and gradually work our way up to the almighty sixth grade. Great: now let's start all over. Middle school, high school, college. And then, then, "real life"- like any time before that was "fake life." The cruelest step of all is then when we really are on the bottom. Go figure: You may now lick my boots.
We do things that never seem to matter.
We don't do things that are of the utmost importance.
Where do we stand?
**and I do mean the "royal" we, y'know, as in "I"

A Weekend Home
A weekend home along again
Is once again my favorite trend
I know I could go out and shop
Rather than pick up a mop
But sometimes chores just must be done
And I know I've just begun
To tackle this mess I know too well
As things fall apart and leave a shell

Unreasonable
Is how I'm feeling. One incident, ONE, threw me off my whole day. >_< WHY DOES IT BOTHER ME SO MUCH?! oh goodness. I know I'm being difficult..
My essay is not appealing to me. I want to scream; I keep on thinking. The thoughts are spiraling, spiraling, ever out of my control. Obsessive, obsessive, get over it Julia. Oh dear, I feel..I don't know how I feel, pissed and like maybe nothing can make me happy except, yes, I know there are things that can make me happy. Choking back words; maybe this is why I have issues.
Too unsure of myself. My heart hurts and my eyes are tired.
Cheerio, let's put a smile on for everyone else's benefit (:
Let's make the world better (tomorrow; I'm just not up to it now).

Compulsion
I'm probably known for being flighty, air headed, numerous things. Is that the reason why people think of me as "fake" when they see the "real" me? It isn't right how people judge others so quickly. I'm not flighty, not at all; and while I am pretty quiet and serious, it doesn't mean I put up a front to mislead others. Sometimes I just happen to feel more elated than others. I'm awkward, I trip a lot, I'm quite lost when it comes to certain things..I also lack an attention span. I catch myself, I get up, I'm freakishly knowledgeable at random subjects..and I pay close attention to the littlest details. This tells people nothing about me. Absolutely nothing. Don't be so quick to judge: what do you know about me? Not my habits, not my quirks, but me.
Was just about to use the word "fair;" then I realized, it's just another four-letter F-word.
ALRIGHT: enough bitching about what others think of me. I care too much for my own good.
So apparently, SAT scores will be coming out in approximately 1.5 hours..I'M NERVOUS. But I'm also checking tomorrow morning~ *nervous laughter* 777 better prove useful..
do YOU know what this one is talking about? (this one= me, that one= mccain; obama<3)
TODAY: I liked today. Sort of. Why does biology always have to be so dull? I'm sure one day cells will muster the energy to become interesting; until then, however, we are all quite stuck here in this rut.
Why do I always feel compelled to hug a person and why don't I ever just do it? -_-"
The way home today was a laughfest. Don't recall what Jordan and I were talking about, though. I think he said he wanted to be a baseball when he grew up.
No, I'm sure he said he wanted to be a baseball. My brother is hilarious. Befriend him (*winkwink* *nudgenudge*).
And, I suppose this concludes today's rant. I feel like writing but -alas!- how horrible that being known to mankind as "writer's block."

Clipped
My wings, that is. Why are my days so monotonous? It's driving me all sorts of banana nuts. I'm failing Calc, my APUSH grade is sliding ever so slowly downwards, business is a draggg, I can't write for shiz anymore, bio is boring, and spanish is an overload of work. WHY DOESN'T MY LIFE MAKE SENSE ANYMORE?!
Let's see why I'm in this rut now:
1. I was Asian, math made sense.
-Translation: I was lazy and didn't study: Asian genes.
2. History was tough, but I BS'd and got through..somehow..
-I stopped giving a shit and the teacher was nice.
3. I didn't have business..but at least PE helped with something..
-Okay, I'm fat now; I was outta shape then. I'm also not a great public speaker.
4. My English 2A teacher didn't give a shit.
-Shit.
5. Chem was fun.
-I didn't learn anything; uh oh.
6. Spanish w/Avalos was fretful but easy.
-I did minimal work for the maximum grade.
Now that all my insecurities are on the web, feel free to pick me apart. Please leave suggestions as to how I can improve (I promise a bribe in the near future!).

Omfg >_<
I got rejected badly for my attempts at a scheduling change. Oh dear, now I'm stuck in a class that wastes my time instead of getting graduation requirements. Yeah, sure, I can always take it next year, but with the workload I'm expecting, I'm tempted to bleed tears. Lemme tell you, I'm pretty peeved. The classes I got were NOT what I was expecting; it is definitely NOT the classes they predicted before school ended.
Idle Quest: Please find someone in the junior class at school who is content with their schedule. I promise you, they've messed it all up somehow.
The Brighter Side? It's too easy to get an A in the elective I have now. But I'm bored out of my skull; the teacher is..odd; the classmates are.."gangsta"; I'm..neither. Really looking forward to the rest of the year -_-;;
----------------------------------
Can I do a little advertising for Tokio Hotel? I mean, besides some drop-dead gorgeous twins, check out the vocals, the rhythm scheme, the sense of anticipation.
This morning started out with, "Hey, let's find out if Tokio Hotel is any good.." Of course, even if they weren't, the hot guys were still worth it, right? Nah, but they're good. Good.
----------------------------------
Calculus class is quite intense. Well, not intense intense, but it's intense in the fact that it's so repetitive. Bugs me out.
But fun, I do like this class.
Anyways, homework is calling out my name. After two weeks of starting school on Tuesday, I feel I'm going to come down with a severe case of the Mondays tomorrow. Better take some tylenol (x

School, What a Drag
Haha, but what would everyone think if I suddenly decided to go drag? x]oh dang. Now, where was I?
Ah, yes; school was it?
I'm a junior. GAH! Who else feels old? T-T; I expect a buttload of homework this year (buttload < shitload < crap ton). I got intro to business, but I've had enough of raging about that. Tired I am of school. 4 days in and I'm willing to give up. I'M LISTENING TO ASIAN MUSIC AGAIN FOR CHRIST'S SAKE! That's got to tell you something; it is very good Asian music though (omg, who killed cupid?). JolinTsai; talented, but it's uber unbelievable that she won the Taiwanese female vocalist award thingie. Rigged.
2. Calculus AB-AP with Ms. Thieu, who is so unbelievable minus the fact that she has way too many odd posts and scans posted for us to do..how am I supposed to do blank worksheets? ._.
3. APUSH with Mr. D; it's nice to know that his cats eat homework and all those random facts about Ms. Hermatz, but okay..
4. Intro to Business with Ms. Perez; I can't drink water, I can't put my head down, I have to push in my chair..so the last I don't mind, I still find this class not worth the effort.
5. English Lit/Comp-AP with Mrs. Arbizu; god, I love this class<3 I expect it to be insanity though. Please bless me with good grades, great writing skills, and reading that won't put me to sleep; never mind the fact that I am, in fact, a Buddhist (x
6. Bio with Mrs. Taylor, which is alright. The class is pretty easy, but I'm pretty isolated by myself in the front. Now how does that work? =[
7. Spanish 3 with Ms. Reid; this class would totally make my day if only SHE wasn't in it. F'reals, who the hell does she think she is?? -________- At least Ingrid and Kristine save my life here. And it's kind of awkward due to some other stuff, I really don't know..and the class is LOUD<3
I want/need and art/performing art class though. Hopefully they'll give it to me. I already have my schedule all planned out for senior year. I don't want it screwed up because of unforseen scheduling problems >_< GAH!
Must prep for SATs; wish me luck everyone.

I want/need and art/performing art class though. Hopefully they'll give it to me. I already have my schedule all planned out for senior year. I don't want it screwed up because of unforseen scheduling problems >_< GAH!
Must prep for SATs; wish me luck everyone.

What..? But not in the Butt.
Feeling at a loss. Depressed? Hardly. Content? Barely. Should this summer have been any more eventful? I feel I've a lot of unfinished business. What have I to say about summer '08?
Flushing my thoughts right out the keyboard: wasn't as great as '07, damn i didn't get to see wally!, ap hw unfinished, finished drivers ed, when do i take the written test, why won't anyone let me out?, i'm dying of boredom but i am not bored, batman was..who cares? it was all about joker, princeton review..does it really help?, HELP!, gah, ohsht..that, summer school was the highlight, how sad, sure there's more.
Besides that~
I think it's imperative to inform everyone that I've RUN OUTTA MANGA TO READ. Yes, I know. I'm pretty picky out what I read, so I was planning for this day to come; but now that it actually has..? Oh noes!
Fashion week coming in September. That's something to look forward to.
Oh, and school. >_< style="font-style: italic;">everyone, minus IT. Okay, minus IT and a lot of others. Insignificant others; leave my ignorance be.
shallow as a shower, damn them all!<3

Cute
Cute is what they aim for, but they sure don't let that get to their heads. "Curse of Curves" is so true. Okay, okay, so maybe the song is really old- doesn't mean its message isn't valuable. Girls today are so shallow. "Provacative and talkative," I believe those are more personal values; why does everyone associate them with physical attributes. Females (and males, for that matter) don't have to be drop-dead gorgeous to be admired. There's so much more; and I'm not spouting that "You're beautiful inside" bullshit.

A poem
Though I'm no poet, don'tcha know it? (;
You've got my head, heart pounding
Every night silent screams; your name
But where do I stand if it's all the same?
Dear you, how do you feel
Seeing my tears
Untold, my secrets, harbored fears.
Inside, I'm not that strong
Afraid to let you lead me on.
Just like any other, tearing me to bits
Wonder if I'll ever be missed, by you
One I kissed
Do tell; where do I stand.
Lost, hoping, take my hand
Anyone, one hopes its you, questing, what can I do?
Scream but for naught.
Ever was it me you sought?
You've got my head, heart pounding
Every night silent screams; your name
But where do I stand if it's all the same?
Dear you, how do you feel
Seeing my tears
Untold, my secrets, harbored fears.
Inside, I'm not that strong
Afraid to let you lead me on.
Just like any other, tearing me to bits
Wonder if I'll ever be missed, by you
One I kissed
Do tell; where do I stand.
Lost, hoping, take my hand
Anyone, one hopes its you, questing, what can I do?
Scream but for naught.
Ever was it me you sought?
Back to what's at hand [=
Smile; there's nothing that makes me happier. Except maybe my new Nokia<3
Back to Kenneth and Mora ^o^b
...........................
Mora opened her eyes, only to see- darkness. Sitting upright, she had the oddest feeling that something had gone terribly awry. The last thing she remembered was talking to the Vaek ambassador at the infirmary. How'd she end up here..where ever here was?
Muttering, "Light," under her breath, Mora took out the crystal around her neck, which had lit up, as if from within.
She looked around: wall, straw, more straw..a boot..
Mora did a double take.
A boot? Skooching closer, she saw a boot, a leg..a man?
Kenneth groaned and was shocked to hear a female gasp. Hesitantly, he opened his eyes, only to see two claret-colored eyes, wide in their surprise, illuminated against and eerie backdrop. Blinking slowly, he managed to find his voice after several seconds.
"Hello there."
The owner of the two surprised eyes blinked quickly for a debatable minute. Then, the eyes gleamed determined before the eerie glow lit up the chamber Kenneth was in.
The girl, the owner of those claret eyes, appeared to be one shock after another, mused Kenneth. Not only did she possess a highly unusual shade of eye color, she also appeared to be Ronsan.
Her dark hair, the brown-black of most Ronsans, coupled with her slight stature indicated nothing otherwise.
Anomalies in her appearance, however, also showed she was so much more than most Ronsans. A raven's blue-black streaked the hair at her temples. Across her high cheekbones ran an intricate design of green ivy, slashed with sudden lines of red, the color of nobility. Her dress, too, told of high birth. Made of burgundy, laced with ruby detailings of even more ivy, it's hem ran to the ground. Through her hair ran a ribbon with the same designs.
The pendant that circled her neck looked strangly familiar, though Kenneth couldn't seem to place it. A teardrop jewel, now flashing blue, now gold, he had a feeling he's seen it before. If he thought about it..didnt' the Lady of Rons..? This girl is the daughter of the Duke of Rons?! She's the Lady of Rons?!
All these thoughts flashed through his mind before the Lady of Rons, for indeed, it was the Lady of Rons, opened her mouth to reply to his greeting.
"Hi, my name is Mora. My father Loman, is a noble around here..and you are?"
...........................
And that's all for now =\ I do believe I'm suffering writer's block..*sigh* I wonder what's going to happen to my poor dears >__<

Hey, Read This!
And tell me how I can improve..!
It's REALLY obvious what kind of story this is going to be
^___^;; ehheheh
........................................
The day started out as any other.
Lady Mora, the Duke of Rons' only child, was seen entering the bazaar, hardly a strange occurrence for the girl who grew up helping the common folk in their daily endeavor to procure the means to feed their families. Bright and smiling, the lady was seen talking to the baker, running an errand for the jeweler, then listening with rapt attention to teh old woman who sat outside the plaza fountain. Departing the fountain, it was reported that the Lady Mora thanked the old woman for the tale, dusting herself off before walking to the infirmairy to help out as she did whenever her duties allowed her. Filled to the brim with patients and victims of teh war with Enery, "enough help" was, beyond being a laughable phrase, a veritable impossibility. With her healing abilities and knowledge of brewing healing potions (among other spellcrafts), Lady Mora's help was greatly appreciated.
That is, until she disappeared.
Kenneth, the Duke of Enery, started off his morning going through papers documenting the current affairs of state, his advisers reported. He should known better, said they, than to choose to work in the dining hall. As had happened countless times before, the young duke stalked off to meet with his generals, annoyed with the swooning perfumed ladies who each harbored the hope of drawing his attention. Seen leaving the room several hours later, he eventually joined in his troops' training in anticipation of another clash with Rons. To them (his troops, that is), he was a most capable leader, able to fight "with the strength of ten men," as one man recounted, while still possessing "the wiles and cunning of a fox," as maintained another. He was an invaluable asset to their cause, whatever it happened to be. That is, until he disappeared.
The War Generals of Enery began to cry for Ronsan blood, almost as soon as Duke Loman began his rage at the Enerians for the disappearance of his darling daughter. Meeting at the front lines, these two formidable armies were on the brink of collision when the Duke of Kenneth stumbled out of the Ashwere Woods, leading Lady Mora by the hand, both bruised and dirty, but none too worse for wear. Behind them, on Kenneth's charger, were the two ambassadors to Enery and Rons from the kingdom of Vaek. Shocked and angry, to say the least, the two armies turned, not on each other, but, instead, eastward.

zomg, Alton Brown
"Good Eats;" he's quite the lawl.
Now that I've made my comment..
Written in the notebook (note: not to be confused with The Notebook) yesterday night at approx. 10:30 pm:
Before We Get on to the Important Stuff (06/29/08)
You're alone, the TV's just happens to be on
You're crazy for taking the same pills everyday
What the heck is "speycide"? Maybe I should Google that up..
Why is there sugar on the asphalt??
Hearts littering the topsoil? Cliche.
Last call? Plz, our lives is their coal
Neither picket line nor parade appeals
Just musings on Jimmy Eat World's "Bleed American."
Ah, yes: Matters of Importance
FINALLY finished driver's ed =']
720 On World History Subject SAT<3
Signed up for Princeton Review
AP scores? Have yet to be received. Check back!
Yes, I'm an upcoming junior. There will be lots of aggravated posts about school and studying soon, soon, soon. Learn to deal, dears.
Planning to apply to :
Amherst<3 (because..*love*)
Johns Hopkins (to be a JHU!)
UC Berkeley (because I am Asian, and because there is the certain appeal of coming home every weekend to freeload food..)
UCLA (just for the heck of it)
Wellesley (because the campus makes me want to sing~)
Caltech? (I'm not going to make it; they've just been soliciting me for no good reason)
Stanford? (HAH! I'm not going, even if I do make it)
Cambridge/Oxford? (to venture overseas to the..oh, what's the use? England = royal family = princes = Harry)
Washington University at Seattle? (Probably not..)
Like I told Prissy, there's a greater chance of me getting into a liberal arts college, which I actually prefer (just not Sweet Briar, 'kay thanks). They've been hounding me with letters and, yes, while I am well aware of the insane costs of tuition and whatnot, it's well worth it for 8:1 class sizes, professors who actually possess a semblance of human life, and livable dorms. Not to mention counselors who care (>___________< ARG!!)
*btw, just writing this down for my own reference.

I kissed a girl.
Not. Katy Perry's song (: Makes me go , "Wow.."
(x *coughcough*
I kissed a girl and I liked it
The taste of her cherry chapstick
I kissed a girl just to try it
I hope my boyfriend don't mind it
Anyways, no school today<3 What to do? How to amuse myself..?
I know, somewhere in my mind, that I have no intention of sitting on my butt in front of the computer all day. That's no fun (occasionally, though, it is).
Mission: Solicit brothers to join me at the mall >_>
hmm
another post later? idk.

Summer:Bore::School:Bore
What to do, what to do this summer?
-Getting a job; out of the question, my parental units will probably go ballistic..
-Summer school; well, I'm already suffering this, no freedom until July 24th
-Going on vacation; it can't be anywhere too far, casso and angelo will miss the family..
-Sleep the vacation away? Too late; there's summer school to complete.
-Study; yes, yes..ah, poo, but yes.
-_______________-" The few things I'm looking forward to..trips to the beach, always. Only, if I get taken to Santa Cruz, I will weep tears of blood. I like Monterey and Half Moon Bay the best, I suppose. Canary Row!! Shopping<3 chinatown="yummy" style="font-style: italic;">maybe.

Faint
Linkin Park's "Faint;" I basically know the lyrics by heart.
"I am a little bit of loneliness
A little bit of disregard
Half full of complaints
But I can't help the fact
That everyone can see these scars
I am what I want you to want
What I want you to feel
But it's like no matter what I do
I can't convince you
To just believe this is real."
....
"I am a little bit insecure
A little unconfident
'Cuz you don't understand
I do what I can
But sometimes I don't make sense
I am what you never wanna say
But I've never had a doubt
It's like no matter what I do
I can't convince you
For once just to hear me out."
Yup (: And I don't really like the chorus much; hence, it was replaced by "...."
The Mike Shinoda rapping is all that's very appealing about this song. Chester's screaming is so..so..ugh! He did so much better in "Runaway."
There is no rhyme or reason for me to be blogging about songs which came out post-GPS Dx
The ultra-secret hiding place of my green, wide-ruled, horrific notebook which I scribble random things in: Out in the wide open range next to my bed.
>___< HOW COULD I MISS IT?!
Titled: The General Complexities of Life (06/09/08)
"Just what is it? Life, live, love. You see it all the time walking down the street on billboards; I see it all the time browsing through past issues of magazines I've relegated to a cupboard in my room [don't ask]. Everyone knows that we have one life to live in which to love; ah, but that "everyone" is such an elusive entity. Which brings us to the question, why use "everyone"? Is it innately human nature to embrace generalities? What about the small things?
-Holden Caulfield: Where do the ducks go in the winter?
-Lord of the Flies mystery: Why are the littluns ignored?
-Me: Why are the most common words the hardest to explain?
You know that a dog is a dog and a cat is a cat, but when you get down to describing them..
furry
paws
ears
major kawaii~ factor
but that could also describe many, many other things."
And I had some random thoughts for the night..
"I will smile if it keeps him happy<3
Quantum Physics?
Stephen Hawkings
Leonardo da Vinci..Scissors???
Darren Shan<3 OMG
Reading Bec, awesome book
..but the Saga of Darren Shan was uber epic, unparalleled, seriously."

Hmm
Have you ever noticed strange things happening when you're sick? Huh..it can't just be me..
The side effects of Gardisil are quite odd. I took a shot yesterday, and here I am, sick. Not only do I have a fever, muscle pains, etc., I also happened to hallucinate. Okay, so maybe it's a result of my hangover-like headache, but since when have I ever (EVER) seen talking robots in my room? The total down of my day: Waking up and uncontrollable shaking.
On the other hand, I have written some stuff down, which I will post up when I find that notebook of mines.

Perhaps [these random thoughts will go away]
I'm bipolar? Maybe. Just a little.
But I can't just, y'know, start referring to myself in the third person. That's just bizarre. My euphoric mood few precious moments ago has faded. (mehh =\)
No matter. Onwards to stress, strife, and the general life.
My play on words is dreadfully horrible.
Twilight: What is all the hype about?
Amelia Atwater-Rhodes' resident hottie, Aubrey (from Into the Forests of the Night and Demon in My View, is a sexy powerhouse. I've think I made this point before: Aubrey > Edward Cullen. Face the facts, darlings, there is no comparison~
Quizilla: My guilty pleasure. *gulps*
Anybody speak geek? I need some help discerning the pick(s) of the litter in my search for the perfect computer parts under $200. Pass or fail. Do or die.
Dead week list of Things to Do But Will Never be Done: Must study for my finals this week (and next), Write my English essay on the nature of individuals and society, Attain a schedule from the local community college (summer enrichment = self-inflicted hell), Not fail finals.
Oh boy..

All of You
The song, "All of You" by Vertical Horizon, is blaring through my (broken) iPod earphones. Lucifer is charged up, setting is on "Repeat: One." I'm good to go.
There's something magnetic, absolutely hypnotic, about this song. The lyrics aren't anything particularly special. They've a more entrancing feel, and indeed, there's a trance-y element to it's beat.
"So you say I'm too quiet/Holding things up in my head. I say so much/ But you don't buy it. Don't want to wake up/ Alone in my head. Say that you'll never go now/ Don't go, don't go."
Opening lines of the song; I find them applicable to the way I feel- sometimes- people say things that are untrue because they don't understand, don't try to understand, don't even want to try to understand.
I butchered the previous sentence; okay.
But a certain someone, that someone, you just can't afford for them to not understand. "I need a lot of you/ All of you." Because you do.
And nobody wants to wake up, wrapped in their own nightmares when salvation is just there.
Help. Save. Safe. Peace.
The lyrics make me want to fall through to a different level.
Transcend feeling and, "get out on top now."
haha

Waxing poetic
I will, because no one, and I repeat, NO ONE, can't not be a poet. Oh sure, you might be horrible at it, but if you wrote a poem, you're a poet. Sucker.
So this lives in my AIM profile:
"doubtful finds things impressed
trouble caused them fear
niceties leads love contested
always when you're near"
Written by me, of course. What can be gleaned by reading it? At first, it seems like a sappy little love poem, but it's not. Of course it's not; it's about not loving someone.
To me, the first line, "doubtful finds things impressed," is about someone [person A] who is in doubt about whether or not they should even notice the impressions someone else [person B] is trying to make. Line 2, "trouble caused them fear," isn't really fear fear. It is more of an, "I don't want to hurt this person" type of feeling, "trouble" being the state of not liking person B. "Niceties leads love contested," "love contested" meaning there is no love, no matter how nice person B is to person A, or perhaps because of this, there is no "love." And "always when you're near" is, of course, these feelings of guilt when they're near.
So I have one message: Back Off.

Uh, oh no and I mean it!
No. Spam. Comments.
Please, my goodness; can you comprehend how irksome I find it? =.=
On a more positive note, I would really appreciate comments on my Derby post. What do you think about it? Horses in tip-top shape, two to three year olds, are exposed to an extremely competitive atmosphere; it's a race to the death! >__>;;
And here is another unaltered photograph for your enjoyment =\

p.s. My penchant to blog is odd, isn't it?
Horse Racing
Derby Day; Win by Big Brown, the filly, Eight Belles, is euthanized
Should this even really be a sport? Every year, horses are euthanized for the sake of the sport, which leaves me thinking: What the heck?! Horse racing is dangerous, everyone knows that. Why are they still letting animals compete in a potentially deadly environment? They're "distraught" at the death of the animal, but only until the next great piece of horseflesh comes along? Bull shit.
It's no better than dog-fighting or any other animal cruelty scheme out there.

Arr..
I miss my little bugger =**
Well, overload of HW, as is usual. I believe there is something wrong with teachers' minds (sorry to all you teachers out there, but seriously..); I don't think anyone could possibly deal with that copious amount of la tarea in just one weekend. I have a life, and just because you DON'T doesn't mean you have to torture me with homework.
Hey: If teacher taught us better and we actually retained the information, we wouldn't need homework >_>
*sigh*
getting use to it
