And tell me how I can improve..!
It's REALLY obvious what kind of story this is going to be
^___^;; ehheheh
........................................
The day started out as any other.
Lady Mora, the Duke of Rons' only child, was seen entering the bazaar, hardly a strange occurrence for the girl who grew up helping the common folk in their daily endeavor to procure the means to feed their families. Bright and smiling, the lady was seen talking to the baker, running an errand for the jeweler, then listening with rapt attention to teh old woman who sat outside the plaza fountain. Departing the fountain, it was reported that the Lady Mora thanked the old woman for the tale, dusting herself off before walking to the infirmairy to help out as she did whenever her duties allowed her. Filled to the brim with patients and victims of teh war with Enery, "enough help" was, beyond being a laughable phrase, a veritable impossibility. With her healing abilities and knowledge of brewing healing potions (among other spellcrafts), Lady Mora's help was greatly appreciated.
That is, until she disappeared.
Kenneth, the Duke of Enery, started off his morning going through papers documenting the current affairs of state, his advisers reported. He should known better, said they, than to choose to work in the dining hall. As had happened countless times before, the young duke stalked off to meet with his generals, annoyed with the swooning perfumed ladies who each harbored the hope of drawing his attention. Seen leaving the room several hours later, he eventually joined in his troops' training in anticipation of another clash with Rons. To them (his troops, that is), he was a most capable leader, able to fight "with the strength of ten men," as one man recounted, while still possessing "the wiles and cunning of a fox," as maintained another. He was an invaluable asset to their cause, whatever it happened to be. That is, until he disappeared.
The War Generals of Enery began to cry for Ronsan blood, almost as soon as Duke Loman began his rage at the Enerians for the disappearance of his darling daughter. Meeting at the front lines, these two formidable armies were on the brink of collision when the Duke of Kenneth stumbled out of the Ashwere Woods, leading Lady Mora by the hand, both bruised and dirty, but none too worse for wear. Behind them, on Kenneth's charger, were the two ambassadors to Enery and Rons from the kingdom of Vaek. Shocked and angry, to say the least, the two armies turned, not on each other, but, instead, eastward.
The main point is to keep the main point the main point. - Stephen Covey

zomg, Alton Brown
"Good Eats;" he's quite the lawl.
Now that I've made my comment..
Written in the notebook (note: not to be confused with The Notebook) yesterday night at approx. 10:30 pm:
Before We Get on to the Important Stuff (06/29/08)
You're alone, the TV's just happens to be on
You're crazy for taking the same pills everyday
What the heck is "speycide"? Maybe I should Google that up..
Why is there sugar on the asphalt??
Hearts littering the topsoil? Cliche.
Last call? Plz, our lives is their coal
Neither picket line nor parade appeals
Just musings on Jimmy Eat World's "Bleed American."
Ah, yes: Matters of Importance
FINALLY finished driver's ed =']
720 On World History Subject SAT<3
Signed up for Princeton Review
AP scores? Have yet to be received. Check back!
Yes, I'm an upcoming junior. There will be lots of aggravated posts about school and studying soon, soon, soon. Learn to deal, dears.
Planning to apply to :
Amherst<3 (because..*love*)
Johns Hopkins (to be a JHU!)
UC Berkeley (because I am Asian, and because there is the certain appeal of coming home every weekend to freeload food..)
UCLA (just for the heck of it)
Wellesley (because the campus makes me want to sing~)
Caltech? (I'm not going to make it; they've just been soliciting me for no good reason)
Stanford? (HAH! I'm not going, even if I do make it)
Cambridge/Oxford? (to venture overseas to the..oh, what's the use? England = royal family = princes = Harry)
Washington University at Seattle? (Probably not..)
Like I told Prissy, there's a greater chance of me getting into a liberal arts college, which I actually prefer (just not Sweet Briar, 'kay thanks). They've been hounding me with letters and, yes, while I am well aware of the insane costs of tuition and whatnot, it's well worth it for 8:1 class sizes, professors who actually possess a semblance of human life, and livable dorms. Not to mention counselors who care (>___________< ARG!!)
*btw, just writing this down for my own reference.

I kissed a girl.
Not. Katy Perry's song (: Makes me go , "Wow.."
(x *coughcough*
I kissed a girl and I liked it
The taste of her cherry chapstick
I kissed a girl just to try it
I hope my boyfriend don't mind it
Anyways, no school today<3 What to do? How to amuse myself..?
I know, somewhere in my mind, that I have no intention of sitting on my butt in front of the computer all day. That's no fun (occasionally, though, it is).
Mission: Solicit brothers to join me at the mall >_>
hmm
another post later? idk.

Summer:Bore::School:Bore
What to do, what to do this summer?
-Getting a job; out of the question, my parental units will probably go ballistic..
-Summer school; well, I'm already suffering this, no freedom until July 24th
-Going on vacation; it can't be anywhere too far, casso and angelo will miss the family..
-Sleep the vacation away? Too late; there's summer school to complete.
-Study; yes, yes..ah, poo, but yes.
-_______________-" The few things I'm looking forward to..trips to the beach, always. Only, if I get taken to Santa Cruz, I will weep tears of blood. I like Monterey and Half Moon Bay the best, I suppose. Canary Row!! Shopping<3 chinatown="yummy" style="font-style: italic;">maybe.

Faint
Linkin Park's "Faint;" I basically know the lyrics by heart.
"I am a little bit of loneliness
A little bit of disregard
Half full of complaints
But I can't help the fact
That everyone can see these scars
I am what I want you to want
What I want you to feel
But it's like no matter what I do
I can't convince you
To just believe this is real."
....
"I am a little bit insecure
A little unconfident
'Cuz you don't understand
I do what I can
But sometimes I don't make sense
I am what you never wanna say
But I've never had a doubt
It's like no matter what I do
I can't convince you
For once just to hear me out."
Yup (: And I don't really like the chorus much; hence, it was replaced by "...."
The Mike Shinoda rapping is all that's very appealing about this song. Chester's screaming is so..so..ugh! He did so much better in "Runaway."
There is no rhyme or reason for me to be blogging about songs which came out post-GPS Dx
The ultra-secret hiding place of my green, wide-ruled, horrific notebook which I scribble random things in: Out in the wide open range next to my bed.
>___< HOW COULD I MISS IT?!
Titled: The General Complexities of Life (06/09/08)
"Just what is it? Life, live, love. You see it all the time walking down the street on billboards; I see it all the time browsing through past issues of magazines I've relegated to a cupboard in my room [don't ask]. Everyone knows that we have one life to live in which to love; ah, but that "everyone" is such an elusive entity. Which brings us to the question, why use "everyone"? Is it innately human nature to embrace generalities? What about the small things?
-Holden Caulfield: Where do the ducks go in the winter?
-Lord of the Flies mystery: Why are the littluns ignored?
-Me: Why are the most common words the hardest to explain?
You know that a dog is a dog and a cat is a cat, but when you get down to describing them..
furry
paws
ears
major kawaii~ factor
but that could also describe many, many other things."
And I had some random thoughts for the night..
"I will smile if it keeps him happy<3
Quantum Physics?
Stephen Hawkings
Leonardo da Vinci..Scissors???
Darren Shan<3 OMG
Reading Bec, awesome book
..but the Saga of Darren Shan was uber epic, unparalleled, seriously."
That's basically it =D
Next blog MUST BE ABOUT BEC..
IT HAS TO BE ABOUT BEC!!
what a wonderful book

Hmm
Have you ever noticed strange things happening when you're sick? Huh..it can't just be me..
The side effects of Gardisil are quite odd. I took a shot yesterday, and here I am, sick. Not only do I have a fever, muscle pains, etc., I also happened to hallucinate. Okay, so maybe it's a result of my hangover-like headache, but since when have I ever (EVER) seen talking robots in my room? The total down of my day: Waking up and uncontrollable shaking.
On the other hand, I have written some stuff down, which I will post up when I find that notebook of mines.

Perhaps [these random thoughts will go away]
I'm bipolar? Maybe. Just a little.
But I can't just, y'know, start referring to myself in the third person. That's just bizarre. My euphoric mood few precious moments ago has faded. (mehh =\)
No matter. Onwards to stress, strife, and the general life.
My play on words is dreadfully horrible.
Twilight: What is all the hype about?
Amelia Atwater-Rhodes' resident hottie, Aubrey (from Into the Forests of the Night and Demon in My View, is a sexy powerhouse. I've think I made this point before: Aubrey > Edward Cullen. Face the facts, darlings, there is no comparison~
Quizilla: My guilty pleasure. *gulps*
Anybody speak geek? I need some help discerning the pick(s) of the litter in my search for the perfect computer parts under $200. Pass or fail. Do or die.
Dead week list of Things to Do But Will Never be Done: Must study for my finals this week (and next), Write my English essay on the nature of individuals and society, Attain a schedule from the local community college (summer enrichment = self-inflicted hell), Not fail finals.
Oh boy..

All of You
The song, "All of You" by Vertical Horizon, is blaring through my (broken) iPod earphones. Lucifer is charged up, setting is on "Repeat: One." I'm good to go.
There's something magnetic, absolutely hypnotic, about this song. The lyrics aren't anything particularly special. They've a more entrancing feel, and indeed, there's a trance-y element to it's beat.
"So you say I'm too quiet/Holding things up in my head. I say so much/ But you don't buy it. Don't want to wake up/ Alone in my head. Say that you'll never go now/ Don't go, don't go."
Opening lines of the song; I find them applicable to the way I feel- sometimes- people say things that are untrue because they don't understand, don't try to understand, don't even want to try to understand.
I butchered the previous sentence; okay.
But a certain someone, that someone, you just can't afford for them to not understand. "I need a lot of you/ All of you." Because you do.
And nobody wants to wake up, wrapped in their own nightmares when salvation is just there.
Help. Save. Safe. Peace.
The lyrics make me want to fall through to a different level.
Transcend feeling and, "get out on top now."
haha
